FRANKLIN LEVY
Mr. Levy has extensive experience in the entrepreneurial world as both a principal and trusted adviser. His diverse experience includes both start-up enterprises and the organization of one of the country’s largest family offices. Mr. Levy’s various business endeavors include: member of the Board of the Maanshan Xiaonanshan Mining Company, an iron ore mine in the People’s Republic of China; a member of Tengri Partners developing a casino resort in Kazakhstan; appointment by the government of the Province of Guangxi, China as Consultant to China Malaysia Qinzhou Industrial Park; principal in York Street Partners with various projects on Hainan Island in the PRC as well as sale-leaseback transactions in Latin America and housing projects in West Africa; founder of Max1CBD, an online company specializing in formulations for senior citizens, and co-founder of IpsiPay Express, a provider of processing solutions for high risk merchants. He has published two novels and is a member of the Mystery Writers of America. Mr. Levy is a graduate of Yale University, where he fulfilled his science requirement by taking geology, never imagining that this would come in handy years later in operating a gold mine in Colorado.
DIRECTOR OF MINING OPERATIONS
MATT COLLINS
Mr. Collins is a Colorado mining engineer with thirty years of experience in and around the mines of Central City. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines where he has also served as an adjunct faculty member. He is a Colorado registered engineer; a member of the Colorado Society of Mining Engineers, the Mining and Metallurgical Society of America and the Association for Mineral Exploration. He is the recipient of numerous awards in Colorado for mining safety, engineering and environmental stewardship and pollution prevention. He has been a general manager and Chief Operating Officer for Sutter Gold Mining Inc. and has consulted for numerous other ventures. He is well known in the Central City area and has the respect of state and municipal regulatory bodies.
MANAGER OF MINING OPERATIONS
STEPHEN HUMPHRAY
Mr. Humphray’s expertise includes mining methods and management of mine operations, strategic planning, technical savvy, cost management, employee management, surveying, and increased production techniques. He has consulted for and worked on mining projects for Rio Tinto and others in Asia, Australia, and South Africa. He has a Bachelor in Science and Mining from the University of New South Wales.

JUSTIN LEVY
Justin Levy brings a unique approach to organization, production and marketing as an award–winning television producer who regularly deals with not only creative issues, but also budget and financial planning. Working throughout his career as both an executive producer and network executive, Levy produced multiple Netflix series and took part in shaping hundreds of episodes of television, including acclaimed series Friday Night Lights, Heroes, The Office, 30 Rock, My Name Is Earl, The Shield, and Nip/Tuck. He also launched MTV’s scripted division from the ground up, spearheading hits that defined the network’s original programming slate.
Levy graduated Cornell university studying English and Computer Science. He serves on the company’s board of directors providing strategic and financial advice.
